WHAT'S IN YOUR CREDIT REPORT? Check it out for FREE before you make a move! by Bo Kociuba, www.Okla-OK.com

Free Credit ReportFor the last few weeks I noticed more consumer's intrest in the real estate market. And this is a very positive trend. I believe that people are tired of receiving bad news and are very sceptical of all the media negativity...well, most of us are employed, we all need a roof over our heads and hopelessly sitting and not taking advantage of such low, low rates just doesn't make whole lot of sense...

I am very well aware that times are leaner, we need to get smarter with our expenses and calculate what is best for our future. But from historical data and experience we all know that investing in real estate as a new house owner or investor has always been profitable.

And because of this market 'awakening' I noticed that a lot of consumers start to 'hunt' for houses online without having an idea about the process! Well, this is a subject for a new post but for right now I would like to stress the absolute importance of learning about your own credit.  What's in your credit?

All of the consumers have a chance to check their credit report for free once a year. These reports include all major credit reporting bureaus. Check your credit report carefully for errors. Make sure that thereis nothing missing. That everything is correct and in your name. MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS NOTHING TO PULL DOWN YOUR CREDIT SCORE.

CREDIT REPORT IS A MUST STARTING POINT!

Then get in touch with a reputable lender and get pre-qualified. And please notice that I didn't say pre-approved.
