Just finished working on the visual tour for one of the houses in River Mesa which is Yukon's newest house addition.
Beautifully located by the Express Ranches. It feels like country living in the city. Southwest inspired landscaping with a cascading fountain welcomes everyone at the entrance.
Visual tour of the main neighborhood entrance: River Mesa Tour.
Here is a few pics just to give some idea what is inside:

After a couple of days in the 80's - this morning was not friendly at all...sleat, snow and in the 20's. Yikes! That's Oklahoma for you! As the saying goes: 'If you don't like the weather now just wait a few minutes' ... LOL...
It was still dark outside, the sun was still lazy so I took my 'life drink' with me to the table, enjoyed the few first sips and with this wonderful aroma my eyes started opening a little wider...and I spotted 'Mustang Tmes'...
Glancing through the pages my attention was caught by the picture of our Senator - Ron Justice (R) whom I had a privilege to meet few times. Strong and dedicated leader of our state. He was writing about some great legislation which made its way out of the Senate over to the House.
Among them was a bill about property taxes. The Senate approved to cut the growth of annual property tax increases. "it's important to note that this does not reduce property tax but simply keeps the rate from increasing more that 3 percent a year". This bill pertains only to the properties with homestead exemption. For years the State was allowed to assess 5 percent max. of the property value and of course every year many County Assessors raised them to maximum. "Oklahomans have seen their propery taxes increased each year at nearly twice the rate of inflation, even when house values have remained flat or even dropped".
Sen. Justice also added: "...this bill doesn't have to be approved by the Governor, so this is an issue you can almost be guarnteed to see on the next ballot".
This is good news for Oklahoma!
PS. Hope to see you at the 'The Road Map to Homeownership' next Tues. at 7PM at Yukon's Public Library! Call me 812-1572 if you have questions...or visit my website: www.Okla-OK.com
