BRING YOUR FAMILY HOME to River Mesa in Yukon OK 73099 ... new homes for sale

River Mesa in Yukon OK 73099 "BRING YOUR FAMILY HOME" -
that's the motto of
River Mesa in Yukon Oklahoma.

This beautiful new home addition is located just 1mile North from RT 66 (39th Expressway) and Yukon Parkway also known as Mustang Road off of Wagner Road.

A beautiful sign greets the residents and guests. Southwest inspired landscaping follows along River Mesa Blvd.

All of the homes build here start at 1600sqft and go to around 2000sqft. The area is limited to three builders. One of them, Leonhardt Enterprises, is the oldest building firm in Oklahoma, celebrating 105 years! Each builder has it's own niche. So there is a variety of choicres brought to attract buyers and it eliminates competition and 'flooding' of the neighborhood with same product.

River Mesa in Yukon OK 73099 Red hot pokers

Southwest inspired landscape
wakes up in the spring with a variety of colors. Red and yellow hot pokers and yuccas are putting up a show with their spears covered with white bells. Colorful wild flowers took permanent residence inside the retention pond. Well, it's almost peaceful here, except when flying feathered friends decide to give a singing performance.

Express Ranches pastures border the North side of River Mesa. It's almost like
living in the country but with all conveniences close by. Rt 66, the old 'Mother Road', Kilpatrick Turnpike, NW Expressway and just a 4 short miles to Interstate I-40.

- Darla replied.

When your four legged frien needs help ... Tony Epperson Yukon's Veterinarian

When your four legged frien needs help ... Tony Epperson Yukon's Veterinarian

West Yukon Animal HospitalWe all love our four legged friends...and our hearts break when they get sick.
Since we cannot talk with them it is so hard to know what is wrong and what we can do about it.

But there IS a special kind of a person who actually is capable to 'speak' with them ... a VETERINARIAN.

For years mine and my friend's dogs and horses were entrusted to Tony Epperson's care.

Tony Epperson, DVM is a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian.

He has been practicing veterinary medicine for almost 30 years. Most of them in Canadian County. It takes a lot of special skills and expertise to treat sick animals. It requires quick assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Tony Epperson has it all...

The West Yukon Animal Hospital is located on Main Street in Yukon,Sick Dog The clinic is a friendly place with very helpful assistants. Every time when one of my animals needs help I can count on Tony to return my calls and take care of the problem.

It is not fun to be in the hospital and this goes for us people and animals...but there is something about this place that puts me at ease and I believe it is the compassion and professionalism which Tony Epperson shows on daily basis.

And you know what? My hunting dog JOSEY and my little Dixie Lou can definitely testify to that.

So whenever your four legged friend needs medical help give Tony a call at: 405-354-1946

Yukon, Oklahoma - part of big city with a small town atmosphere attracts more residents

The Arrangement in Yukon Oklahoma by Bo Kociuba, Yukon Realtor, www.Okla-OK.comThis afternoon I was browsing on the Internet and read an article featured in today's NewsOK about my town of Yukon, Oklahoma.

There is no new 'discoveries' given in it but it is always nice to read good stuff about my community. For the last few years Yukon experienced a tramendous growth. And of course with it, it attracts more and more residents and business.

Just a few days ago I wrote 10 Top Reasons to Live in Yukon, OK in my blog.Yukon, Oklahoma pictures by Bo Kociuba, Yukon Realtor, www.Okla-OK.com

Yukon is growing but it still has that feel of a small town, which is really appealing to lots of people. "Part of the city’s growth has come from the decades-long movement to the suburbs. But Yukon City Manager Jim Crosby said residents also appreciate the city’s "small-town atmosphere” and easy access to shopping and transportation in nearby Oklahoma City."

Here is the article in its entirety:  "Yukon keeps drawing new residents. Population 'Small-town atmosphere' is appealing..."by Paul Monies
