Excellent! The pictures are wonderful. And I am sure in person results are better.
I've always taken my sellers out to the driveway and told them to erase any memory of the house inside. Then we walk through and around the house as if THEY (the sellers) are buyers.
AMAZING the results that come from this exercize..............as dramatic as your staging.

Another tip that makes a huge difference is warming up the lighting - especially when we hit the fall and winter months and it gets darker earlier - I love lamps, just makes everything so cozy. Also neutral decorating style - I showed a great house that had ultra modern decorations - huge distraction and completely turned my buyer off. Even I was very distracted by the decorations!
