RIVER MESA is the one of the newest additions in Yukon, Oklahoma. It is located between Mustang Road and Piedmont Road (Hwy 4) just a mile north of historic Route 66.
River Mesa - Bring your family home! It is almost like living in the country. The green pastures of Express Ranches are neighboring on the north side of the main entry. Southwest theme landscaping greets the neighbors and visitors with a cascading fountain, yuccas, red hot pokers,
pampa grasses and other similar plants. All of them are still young but already look attractive and one can only imagine how striking they will be while maturing over the years. A winding walkway along the long entrance adds interest and reminds of the meandering river.
Half way pass the entry you can see three handsome live oaks - they are the beginning for the Meditation Garden. It will grow with the years to come ... the next planned addition is a bench which will allow guests to rest and enjoy the view, birds and cows grazing on the pastures.
Only three reputable builders are building in River Mesa. All of the houses are required to be over 1600sq ft in size. The prices range from 150's to 170's. There is eight houses already built - two fully finished and there is still enough time to customize the rest of them (at the time of my writing).
