When your four legged frien needs help ... Tony Epperson Yukon's Veterinarian
We all love our four legged friends...and our hearts break when they get sick.
Since we cannot talk with them it is so hard to know what is wrong and what we can do about it.
But there IS a special kind of a person who actually is capable to 'speak' with them ... a VETERINARIAN.
For years mine and my friend's dogs and horses were entrusted to Tony Epperson's care.
Tony Epperson, DVM is a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian.
He has been practicing veterinary medicine for almost 30 years. Most of them in Canadian County. It takes a lot of special skills and expertise to treat sick animals. It requires quick assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Tony Epperson has it all...
The West Yukon Animal Hospital is located on Main Street in Yukon,
The clinic is a friendly place with very helpful assistants. Every time when one of my animals needs help I can count on Tony to return my calls and take care of the problem.
It is not fun to be in the hospital and this goes for us people and animals...but there is something about this place that puts me at ease and I believe it is the compassion and professionalism which Tony Epperson shows on daily basis.
And you know what? My hunting dog JOSEY and my little Dixie Lou can definitely testify to that.
So whenever your four legged friend needs medical help give Tony a call at: 405-354-1946

Experience isn't expensive, it's PRICELESS!

Hi Bo, Our furry little companions deserve the very best of care! It was fun talking with you on the phone yesterday!
Shirley - same here! I just learned today that I will be attending and competing in sporting clays nationals in Bandera, TX in October...perhaps we can get together?
With smiles,

Bo, one of the most important people in my life is Dr. Todd, my veterinarian. In the past few years we've had to say good-bye to three members of the family. Before that, they had medical issues. Dr. Todd was always therre for them and for us at the end. One year he left his family on Christmas Eve because one of our four legged "childfen" needed him.
We just adopted a puppy and on the way home with him we called Dr. Todd to set up his first appointment. That's how important he is to us.
Marian - thanks for visiting...what a testimonial! Thank you for sharing...how is the weather in NC?
With smiles,
Bo in Yukon
What a great photo you found of the doggie with the ice pack. Yes, we think of our dog as a full-fledged member of the family.
Love a good vet! Mine is retiring in June, I will miss him dearly.
Bo, A good vet is so important to us animal lovers! They are our kids. I did a post on my vet a while back too.
Vicky - Thanks! They are definitely part of my family! Just look at this 'poor mistreated D-O-G!
Catherine - I know what you mean! Tony is very valued in 'horse circles'...

Elyse - LOL.. when I talk about my dogs I refer to them as 'my girls'...
