President Obama signed the Extended Homebuyer Tax Credit into law today. It is official!

In my previous blog First-time Homebuyers Credit and a provision to Extend for Move -up Buyers I mentioned that I will gather more details for you...Extended Homebuyer Tax Credit by Bo Kociuba, Yukon Realtor, www.Okla-OK.com

More people are now eligible to take advantage of the law, which includes a $6,500 tax credit for buyers who are current home owners and have lived in their home for five of the past eight years.
