Only a few days left till the $8000 home tax credit expires. To be exact the tax credit expires on April 30. It doesn't look that it will be extended, there is no talk about it anywhere.
What does it mean to you - the Buyer? That you have to have your chosen house under contract by the end of this day. Negotiated, approved and signed!
